A personalized beauty brand that allows you to mix and match your favorite brands to create a custom palette. With a focus on sustainability and customization, Renzoe Box offers a unique and eco-friendly approach to beauty.
Creating the Match Me feature on the Renzoe Box required a strong focus on user experience design, particularly in the areas of research and human-centered design.
To create the Match Me feature on the Renzoe Box, the first step was to identify the user needs and design a user flow that was easy to use and understand. This involved conducting research to understand what users are looking for in a foundation match tool and how they currently select their foundation shades.
Based on this research, I used Adobe XD to begin creating mockups of the Match Me feature with a strong user flow and attractive UI. I considered usability, accessibility, and aesthetics in creating the mockups, ensuring that the feature would be easy to use and visually appealing for all users.
Customized to You
Once the user has created a free account, they are presented with their top 3 perfect foundation matches. They will also be emailed this information. Each makeup product presented is accompanied by relevant information, such as the makeup brand, product style, color of the makeup, and a short overview of the product's features and benefits.
When designing this phase of Match Me, I ensured that the information presented is in a clear and easy-to-understand format, such as a simple and clean product card design. This will help users quickly and easily compare the different foundation matches and make an informed decision.
Once the user has reviewed their matches, they will have the option to share their matches with their social networks or request samples of the given products.
By designing a user-friendly and visually appealing final phase of the Match Me feature, the I can help to increase user engagement and drive more conversions for Renzoe Box.
